    1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Poynter Automations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

    2. Services

Poynter Automations provides digital services including but not limited to AI Automation, Website Design, Social Media Management, and Social Media Advertising. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client.

    3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreements. Generally, we require an upfront setup fee followed by a monthly retainer. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time.

    4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, clients are expected to:

    • Provide necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets required for the project.
    • Deliver requested content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

    5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (e.g., website design, custom scripts). However, Poynter Automations retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. We also retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code libraries used to create the deliverables.

    6. Limitation of Liability

Poynter Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

    7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice as specified in the individual contract (typically 30 days). Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.

    8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
